Comes from YouTube creator "Skeeter Jean", who does 'How To Catch a Predator' content.
It is usually used when a predator (similar to a child m*****r) is caught trying to meet an underage person.
Used in sting operations to catch child predators.
The word might sometimes be capitalized.
