Boy bsf

What is basically synonymous with best friend or brother-zoning. It is not boyfriend status, so the guy gets no real reward for being there. Typically what happens to guys who try too hard, be it on purpose or on accident.

Generally, the guys who enter these less-than-platonic relationships are soy boys, or beta males who think that women actually find any of that desirable.

The only purpose this serves for the female is to use someone as an emotional tampon.

Female 1: My boyfriend is being a douche rn, but I'm glad you're here for me.
