To front and/or profile; act like you got game; pose like you know the word; to boast, show off.
Possibly derived from basketball terminology; to high post is to position one's self offensively at the top of key. This can be taken as an affront to the defensive player's defensive prowess.

poser metal

Lame pop music performed by feminine men that wear makeup and have no historical knowledge of heavy metal.

Poser metal reared it's ugly head in the mid-1980's. Corporate television producers have tried to re-write rock history and give this type of teeny bopper bubblegum credibility within pop culture history. It was a joke then, is a joke now. Practioneers of this genre include Poison, Warrant, Winger, Slaughter, Skid Row, Motley Crue.

possiblie

An intentional misspelling and mispronunciation that illustrates the hubris of ever claiming that nothing could possibly go wrong. From the episode of The Simpsons where Itchy and Scratchy Land is described as the place "...where nothing could possiblie go wrong. Oh. That's the first thing that's ever gone wrong." Itchy and Scratchy Land is a takeoff of Jurassic Park, which itself is hubris in theme-park form. Possiblie is used when it is obvious that something probably will go wrong.

I don't need to read the instructions. What could possiblie go wrong?

bridge and tunnel posse

Girls who live in Jersey, the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn or worse Long Island who go into Manhattan on the weekend for clubbing. The term primarily refers to girls from Jersey or LI.

Bridge and Tunnel because that is their mode of transportation into/out of the island. Posse because they frequently travel in large packs.

Jenny's ripped jeans and Springsteen t-shirt gave her away as a member of the Bridge and Tunnel posse.

awesome possum

A word which means the same as 'awesome', except that by adding 'possum' at the end it sounds waaaay more awesome. Just because it rhymes. Contrary to its name, it has nothing to do with possums at all, and is just there to make it sound more interesting e.g. Liar liar, pants on fire.

Zak: "Hey dude, do you remember Sisqo's Thong Song?"
Caleb: "Yeah man, awesome video eh?"
Zak: " "Yeah man. Awesome possum!"
