A person whose brain and spirit has been retarded through overexposure to a multitude of chemical agents, that impairs partially or completely the faculties for independent reasoning. Common culprits: flouride, mercury, BPA, dioxin, statospheric aerosals, etc..

I call people who believe in chemtrails ,even though it is demonstrably provable that they are in fact, fact: chemtards because my brain and spirit have become so chemtarded I can no longer think for myself.
