A recent derogatory term for people with slant eye or epicanthic fold or epicanthal fold or epicanthus.

Usually used to refer to people of Asian descent, because of its common appearance as a physical appearance trait, and because of its similarities with squinting one's eyes.

Person 1: "Oh yeah dude, what do you call 'em? Dog-eaters? Coin-slot eyes?"

Person 2: "I call them... Squintlers."

Person 1: "Woah dude! Haven't heard of that one before!"
