Yap Trench

When someone is just spitting straight yap. Nobody wants to hear what they have to say, and it is unimportant. Everything coming out of this persons mouth at that point in time is complete and utter blasphemy.

Also known as the West Caroline Trench, the Yap Trench is an oceanic trench near Yap Island in the western Pacific Ocean.

what are you yapping about

Used by mostly middle schoolers, primarily ones who have fallen victim to the "sigma" male, Andrew Tate, and Ohio trends as a counter-argument for someone promoting an opposing topic. (i.e. LGBT rights, Atheism etc.)

It is commonly used as a last resort whenever these people run out of valid arguments.

Yapping Yoda

A person who attempts great wisdom by yelling and yapping nonsense. Thinking that the speed and over emoting will make others listen.

I was watching this YAPPING YODA on news today, and it was so loud and crazy that I wondered how this person was reporting anything!

Yap happy

When two people engage in a conversation and begin yapping to the point that a 5 minute conversation becomes a 5 hour conversation (or longer). If another party is involved, the person outside the yap happy pair may end up going unnoticed within the conversation.

Lucia: Hey sorry for not including you in the conversation yesterday, we got a little yap happy. We weren't intentionally trying to ignore you.
Mara: No worries, I know you and Darcy are chronic yappers.
