THIS IS A VERY GOOD LIFE HACK: If you are in a awkward situation, just wave your hands a few times (or until someone says hi back). If nobody says hi to you, then just take whatever you have in your pocket and try to do something with it. (for example, if it is a piece of paper or a receipt, play tick tack toe with them. If it is a old cheerio, then try to split it evenly to all the people around you so they can all taste the pocket cheerio.
