Herm used in a different context than person with both genitals Herm as in someone that wants to be gender neutral example:

rob:is that her over there?

April:Careful she identifies as gender-neutral she might get upset if you use that term she prefers the title shim or Herm

Rob: Oh sorry that person wasn’t herm anyway I see Shim over there

Is that shim over there? I can’t really see herm
