The positive counterpart to bad news bears; a cutesy or informal way of expressing that some event is/was a positive one.
"I got 100% on my psych quiz! Good news geese."

On November 6, 1969, 420 geese died from the ingestion of chicken nuggets. Since then, millions of scientists and medical specialists have engaged in multiple experiments in an attempt to solve this mystery. The only conclusion is that every year on this day if a goose so much as nibbles a chicken nugget, they will die.

Originated across the farms of Appalachia, Geese Baseball is the act of dressing up geese in mock uniforms and making them play a nine-inning sport. Teams may include pitchers, infielders, outfielders, catchers, and utility players.
Jessica’s never been to the Appalachian region before; we can welcome her with a traditional game of Geese Baseball before supper time.

Humorous term for stating dat you hafta pause a moment to use your handkerchief, and thus you'll be making one or more loud "honking" noises. Generally said more frequently during da chillier months.
Saying, "I need to feed my geese" can indeed be a light-hearted way of informing your present company dat your nasal passages need clearing, but an even more delightfully-silly phrase to use might be, "I need to honk my air-horns"; said latter statement is also a more "obvious" way of saying it, since it more-closely resembles what you're needing to do.
