1. Must be wearing tights
2. Must pull tights up above the belly button
3. Proceed to play some B.P.M.(Black People Music)
4. Begin to Bounce to the beat
5. In a direct upward harsh motion, raise one knee to your chest area
6. Then switch legs doing the exact same movement
7. Continue to switch off legs throughout the B.P.M.
8. Sit back and take in the compliments

A technique for eating out a girl. Very rapid tongue movements create extreme pleasure. You can tell if a person is capable of this if they can move there tongue fast enough to create a noise. It feels amazing, they use it as a special privilege, not all girls are lucky enough to experience it.
