When your homeboy looks at you from across the club. Just the eye contact is enough to ask "should I smash this chick I'm dancing with". With out saying a word you nod your head down for yes.

Timmy was dancing with a smoking hot white chick at the club yesterday. He looked at me and I gave him the nod of acknowledgement to smash her.

That guy you know at family gatherings or work who asks your advice or help for something they basically suck at. Without exception, askholes reward you by arguing about your advice to seem an equal.

Also universally, askholes reject your advice, fail publicly, then shift part or all of the blame to you. Because they did the opposite of what you told them. After they asked you.

Askholes are incredibly greedy with your time, ut generous with their own. They'll spend hours giving newer employees and new family members advice you must then advise them to forget.

"You're new here. Don't talk to Dennis. He's an askhole."
