A skittle, alone, does not exist, but they do come en masse. Skittles are: a) spending time with a girl. b) getting to know a new girl. OR c) getting a phone number (from a girl). The above can be referenced to work. so that spending time with a girl (a) is your job. At your job you make money or skittles. If someone has not been making skittles recently, one can make a joke by saying that he is on welfare or other forms on government aided programs.

Come on Billy please get over her, time to go out and make some new skittles. Yo you must be on welfare cause u ain't making any skittles lately.
