So he didn't paid me back in a week and the guy I owed me got pissed. Now I'm salty too.

The word originated from Cleveland, Ohio in the late 1800's when the lake caught fire and it has since stuck with the helpless town.. And has since surfaced when Cleveland lost in the finals.
