Shifty Pop

Shifty pop takes about 6 hours to make on average, depending on your diet. You will need to eat a pack of popcorn seeds. Wait about 6 hours until your next bowel movement. After you shit you need to extract the seeds. This is a long and delicate process. After the seeds are extracted, proceed to put the seeds in a popcorn maker. You now have a nice warm bowl of Shifty Pop.

when you grab your left foot with your rite hand and pull back , with the other leg pointing to the ground , then take the leg pointing to the ground thru the loop made in with your leg and hand (kinda like a russian boneless )



(actually its the same thing as a russian boneless but with a cooler name)


can be done on a trampolineboard or pogo stick(stall).

shifty's mouth

To tell a lie or tall story. Originates from Rush Green in Romford, Essex. Shifty is a well known exaggerator from that area, and the term "Shifty's mouth" or " to Shifty" has also been heard as far as Ramsgate in Kent, England.

He told me he was at the pictures last night, "Shifty's mouth", he was with me all last night.
