A euphemism for jacking off. The term is deprived of the substance, goob, that is ejected, slung, from the male genitalia.

Chester was caught behind the water cooler on the 6th tee box slinging goob, at least he got it out of his system.

2. A hilarious nickname for the guy/girl that has had it done to him/her.
