Fanboy

1. Someone who is male and obsessed with a show, comic, movie, band, etc. They know everything about it and will take any chance to talk about it.

2. Someone who is male and very nerdy and geeky. They often write fan fiction or draw fan art of their obsessions.

3. Someone who is very stubborn and will defend the franchise of their obsession with their dying breath. Can often be obnoxious and unopen to other opinions, often a teenager or young adult.

Most fanboys are one of these or some combination of all of them. They're often neurodivergent in some way and spend a lot of time online interacting with fellow fans. Common fandoms are Star Wars, Star Trek, Dr. Who, Twilight, Divergent, Hunger Games, and Harry Potter just to name a few.

Person 1: I love this band so much I bought alllll their albums. *proceeds to tell you all about every band member in great detail and how awesome they are*
Person 2: Omg you're such a fanboy

fanboy and chum chum

the most fucking stupid show that nickelodian has squeezed out their ass yet. the characters look like pieces of shit that have been reanimated, and its crappy animation anyway. it is largely unfunny and very sad. this is by far one of the worst shows nickelodian has come up with yet, and i saw icarly. anyone who says this show is funny obviously has now idea what good humor is, and should have hot metal rods forced up their assholes until they come out their mouths.
