When someone annoying or irrelevant is talking to you and they have to go, and say bye, they become felica, because Felica is an annoying/Irrelevant person so when they have to leave you say "bye Felica".

Person: Oh it's you again.
Thot: *Goes on about stuff*
Thot: I have to Go!
Person: Bye Felica!

When you are annoyed and done with someone you dismiss them by saying Bye Felicia. also refer to/ Replacing (Bye Bitch, Bye Ass hole, Bye Nonfactor Step off, F.O.H. , one Yourself, Keep it moving, Enough) often accompanied by a rolling of the eyes , the shrug of a shoulder, the neck snap, a wave off with the hand, the hand up in stop position, Being sarcastic,

Ex. When some random dude enters a conversation without being asked and says some irrelevant comments just to irritate someone or be rude. His name becomes Tyrone and you dismiss him bye saying "bye Tyrone"

Someone post a pic and a story about it and this rude dude decides to say something smart about it just to ruffle some feathers. He then becomes a problem and instead of letting him continue and initiating conversation about it. You simply dismiss him by saying "Bye Tyrone"(action)

His real name becomes irrelevant because he is irrelevant.

It's funny and everyone has a laugh.
