To "Flicker Goon" is to "goon" while doing "flicking" motions at the tip. The Jamaican part comes in when you "Flicker Goon" at a 98° angle. This is a tradition associated from a small group of people found within Jamaica. This is usually abbreviated to "JFG" (Jamaican Flicker Gooning)

the act of intentionally not studying for an exam. Only to realize the capitalist system is designed to instill fear to those who don't study. Thus studying for 30 minutes before the exam. Realizing 30 minutes is plenty of time and 8 hours is unnecessary and depressing.

Gooning is an effective way of conserving time, energy, and mind. You will study less, absorb more, and have more time for self-betterment. I present to you the goon method.
