sweaty ballsack syndrome, this term is commonly used for the acting up of sweat in the jockage area which sometimes a common problem for men all around the world when they are exercising or just having a sweat buildup. the result of having SBSS results in the male to be smelling like a sweaty ballsack. the only cure for SBSS is in fact taking a shower and washing your junkage with soap a few times until the nondesired smell has discipated

dude it smells like sweaty ballsack in this locker room, i think somebody must be having a major SBSS problem and probably should shower or just damn right put their clothes back on
