Staircases are the second best thing to "paradise" in Singapore, where people go there to meet friends, play games, get intoxicated and commit lustrous acts. Staircases are usually reserved for people to fuck and take drugs. Think of it as a hang out spot for the community to commit sins and possibly lose their tickets to the pearly white gates of heaven.
