This person may believe that their testicles hold secret Croatian heritage, and they dedicate their life to caring for them in overly elaborate ways—perhaps wearing Croatian-themed underwear, performing strange rituals like chanting soccer chants to their balls, or consulting a "ball priest" for spiritual guidance. The term cuck implies that they may also seek validation from others to prove their testicles are worthy of such cultural significance, often becoming overly possessive or competitive about who has the most "authentic" Croatian balls.
