Slow boo

A kindly chap that takes till the end of time to write something comprehensive. He habitually conjures duck lips in order to express any emotion, including sexual bliss. Dial-up is the most comparable notion to slow boo: It is time consuming, unreliable, annoying and releases bizarre sounds before you two make a connection.

Kenyans can genetically never fall under the slow boo category.

2. The act of taking someone's "Boo", boyfriend or girlfriend.
