That you really car about the person and would do anything for that person or 2. You have romantic feelings for the person. Loving something is a feeling you get when you see someone you also know that you care about the person and would do anything for that and would try anything just to make that person laugh cause all you want to do is make them happy. You need to actually mean it because you know it would hurt someone if you said you loved them but didn't actually mean it because it is a very important word and should not be used unless you absolutely know that you actually would do anything for that person.
