The time between when one has left their previous job and before their next job has begun. It is characterized by bliss, elation, and a feeling of euphoria, as the problems and stress of the prior job are no longer relevant, and the problems of the new job are not yet known.

During her interjobal period, Sarah traveled the world and enjoyed a sense of freedom and joy she hadn't felt in years.
