Some weirdass thing people do to make medicine. This can go from anything ranging from barely covered tits and boobs to small/tight outfits or crops of a shot to just exclude innapropriate parts. Full nudity is rare except in porn, where it is surprisingly common.

A lot of animated games contain anime nudity.
