A substitue for saying something is so-so, used interchangeably with the word meh. Used as an adjective for mediocre things.

The special effects in the movie were incredible, but the storyline was just shmilblick.

This word could also be for when you are saying, about something else or about someone else, the same insincere, foolish stuff you've always said before and they call you on it. (This word is also related to SSDD to some extent.)
