A ‘Men-drill‘ is a play on words. Deriving from the genus of ape, mandrill, that commonly experience rashes on their buttocks and infections within the rectum due to lack of hygiene. Men-drills are men that are homophobic because they do not wipe their asses, but believe neither do other men, so the thought of men-“drilling”-men is disgusting to them.
