Rainbow Drank

A surprisingly potent form of sizzurp created by Mike Cooge, This lovely concoction of Promethazine, Hydrocodone and Dextromethorphan, combined with a fermented rye distilled beverage, and a small confection of high concentrated fructose.

The original formula:

1. Promethazine
2. Hydrocodone (Five mg of hydrocodone is equivalent to 30 mg of codeine when administered orally)
3. Dextromethorphan (DXM) (The active ingredients in many over-the-counter cold and cough medicines)
4. 1 and a 1/2 shots of alcohol
5. Any fruit flavored soda

6. A jolly rancher

Put it all in a styrofoam cup, add ice cubes and enjoy. The codeine is mainly responsible for the euphoria felt after drinking sizzurp.
