When someone is being either retarded, dramatic, or overly entitled to whatever it be, they are lying on poop/lop. Used to signify if one has gone over the edge out of pure stupidity.

Kayla: three of my friends got pregnant today because of reasons.

Kayla: I know right! To think that they are lying on poop makes me sad.
