Rusty Nachos

When a person takes a nacho chip, shoves it up a girl's ass, leaves it there for a few days, not allowing her to crap. Then force feeds her tons of laxatives, forcing her to diarrhea out the chip, then eating the chip.

I was craving some Mexican recently, but I felt like regular nachos was lame, so I made some rusty nachos with my bitch.
