Someone that wants others to think that they think they are better than other people, when really they never did think that way.

The guy/girl had a false inferiority complex. Really he/she thought more highly of himself/herself than anyone.

complete jackass

Any person that adds a new definition to a word in urban dictionary that is the exact same as or is a close approximation of the definitions already there. This can also be a person that decides to give a thumbs up to the myriad un-original entries and definitions in UD while over-looking the genius creations of The Original Slim Bavis.

Slim: Yo, that guy is a complete jackass. He posted a definition of pink sock. The one right before it is the EXACT same.
Dan: What a douche.
Salty: A complete jackass. And, he liked "put it a dually" more than "chicken pants."

5'11" complex

A height complex which causes the majority of 5'11" men (and some 5'10" men) to claim to be 6'0". Men with this complex will often say things such as "I'm basically 6 foot" or "I'm 6 foot with shoes on" when asked their height. It is also commonly used to finesse naive young woman into meeting up on dating sites, as 6'0" is seen as far more desirable than 5'11".

Cathy was disappointed after finding out that her tinder date, Steve had used the deception of the 5'11" complex to trick her into meeting up. "He must've measured his height with shoes on" she thought.
