Positive Tip. Most often, "Dude, keep it on the PT" and delivered with a grin. Used when people are being haters or negative in general. Birthed in Ohio circa 2000 in response to people being overly cynical or being a buzz kill An obvious decendent of "Keep it on the DL."

(To someone who's speaking or acting in an overly negative way.) Mang, keep it on the PT. :-)

PT mill

A physical therapy clinic that focuses entirely on patient volume and profits with no care for actual quality of treatment. Patients are quickly handed off to an unlicensed aide or tech after barely seeing their primary therapist. Mill is akin to 'factory' - pump in and out as many patients as quickly as possible - a physical therapy mill.

'Hey, have you ever gone to the MOST Physical Therapy?'

"Yeah man, that place is a PT mill. I was seen by the therapist for 15 minutes and then handed off immediately to an aide."
