Instagram guitarist

A musician who attempts to impress others on social media with videos showcasing their technical abilities on the instrument, yet creates lackluster original music, if any at all.
Often a gearslut.

Henson: Marco seems to be making quite a name for himself as an Instagram guitarist - he's up to 180k followers this month!
Scuzzy: Yeah, but did you hear his new single on Spotify? It's a glorified finger exercise over a smooth jazz backing track... Where's the vision? 'better yet, where's the SONG?

BURNOUT guitarist

an insanely multitalented person who plays most musical instruments such as the bass guitar, piano and drums, and is also part of a band called BURNOUT. however they often will lose in other pursuits, mainly chess.

Yes, it sounded pretty fabulous ngl… I heard they lost in chess though :(
