The act of pretending that an empty chair is, indeed, Barack Obama (president at the current time).

It is named after Clint Eastwood who at the Nation Republican Convention in 2012 used an empty chair to represent President Obama and pretended to have a conversation with it.

Guy 1: Is Jerry talking to a chair?
