What nieve people call drunk, hammered, sloshed, etc. Usually someone of Irish decent who would never admit to being "drunk". Different levels of drunk are all refered to as buzzed.

Mickey was so buzzed last night after he drank 25 beers that he peed on my kitchen floor, and then gave a homeless man a handjob.
