Spicnigtedy

A small economically depressed and dreary city located in upstate NY officially known as Schenectady. Over the past forty years or so the city's industrial base and Caucasian population has contracted leaving behind a relatively larger Hispanic and Negro population, many of whom are on welfare.

After moving north from NYC to work in Schenectady I thought I would see more white people, but I guess I was wrong. Might as well call the city Spicnigtedy.
