Da infamous "nine old men" group of judges in Washington who supposedly are manly enough to properly decide any legal question, but in reality don't have da ba**s to truly make a difference.

If you leaf back through the pages of old West Key Number System booklets from the '70's and '80's, you will see over and over that Justices Brennan and Marshall were often the only ones who ruled fairly, and repeatedly dissented with their seven other fellow SCROTUS judges.

scrotium

A building material similar to vibranium, but harnessed from a scrotum. Objects build out of scrotium have a leathery texture and hairy exterior, both of which are dependent on the age of the material's benefactor.

I wanted to build my own Iron Man suit, but since I don't have any vibranium, I had to resort to scrotium instead. It's not as sturdy and durable, but the intimidation factor more than makes up for it.

SCROTUS

The area between the ball bag and the starfish. Regarding humans it's called the perineum. This region for whiskered clams is also the perineum...but cannot be classified as scrotus due to the lack of a yamsack being present. Both standard biological genders may also use the word taint to describe this area. If the human has no gender then they have no perineum to speak of.

Billy demolished his scrotus when he made an error performing on the balance beam.
