The use of powder on the face to help spur the company Exodus through the rocky waters and turmoil. Usually through self indulgent back patting, name dropping, chit chatting, and general politicing all day long. Doing work...come on, that isn't what the powder is about.

Greta spent 2 hours talking to people about how she spoke with a VP earlier in the day, followed by a 2 hour lunch, and wrapped up the day with 2 hours of Yahoo chatting and obnoxious back patting for having worked so late the prior night (probably cause she spent the whole 8 hours during the day not doing actual work)
