A compliment used in describing a 'hunky' Chinese man. Typically used in a slightly ignorant way to describe any hot asian, but appropriately implemented when speaking specifically about a built Chinese male.

"Hey, did you see that hot asian over on the StairMaster?"

"Yeah, he's a wicked chunk!"
