A word used to describe something that should not be touched, especially something dirty.
or
A word used when you don't want someone to touch something that belongs to you, like your phone or your hand

(It is especially used with toddlers or young children to get them to drop something that is dirty/ something they should not touch)

Example 1
5 year old: *reaches for poo*
mother of 5 year old: Kaka!
5 year old: *stops reaching for poo*

Example 2:
Boy: *reaches for girls cheek*
Girl: Kaka! *smacks his hand*
