One who has made being ghetto into an alternative lifestyle. The actions of this lifestyle include being unnecessarily loud and vulgar, profane and ratchet dressing style, promiscuity and irrational decision making. Glorifies the lifestyle of thugs, hood rats and an negative connotations of living in the ghetto.
I am tired of these ghettosians throwing trash in my yard.

Ghettogenesis (noun)

1. The socio-urban process by which multicultural policies, absent meaningful integration strategies, systematically create segregated communities characterized by:
