A 'favz' is a name given to any person who is a 99 year old Italian woman trapped in the body of a youth. This type of person often bails early in the night for a 'good sleep' and tells people to fuck off an hour after inviting them around because they have things to do. Generally behaves like a senior citizen but appears to be a young person.
