1. Where the boss sits you down and tells you how you will be paid. or screwed over, there is no "bargaining"
I prefer to call it "entrprise shafting" and hey, if you don't like it, theres the door.
2. Nothing to do with star trek, Pickard, or Kirk haggling for new phasers.

This enterprise bargaining is so win win, i work an 80hr week for the pay of a 40hr week, fantastic!

Like tailgating, but inside a drinking establishment where some nice person will bring you all the alcohol you want. Infinitely preferable when the weather is below freezing or its raining out. Done best with a bar full of friends and people supporting your team.

Q: Hey, I heard your team was Rose Bowl bound. You going to any tailgating parties?

A: No man, I'm stuck in Wisconsin. Jan 1, I'll be bargating it instead.
