hood sniff

A person from the hood who sniffs various illicit drugs. Hood sniffs are known to snort anything that is mind altering. Cocaine, extacy, crystal meth, Xanax, resterol, ketamine, Ritalin, glue, gasoline and even white-out, are all common substances that hood sniffs use to get high. You know your in the presence of a hood sniff because they're nose will be red, they're eyes will be bloodshot, and they will constantly be complaining about their "allergies" even though the complaints are made when it's not allergy season. They take frequent trips to the washroom, and always have the sniffles. Hood sniffs are usually broke and watch out because if you know a hood sniff you need to make sure they don't steal any sniffable substances or cash from you.
