Also known as the Bussche. A man that just flops all over the joint, and can't make a definitive decision on anything. Agrees to things, and then when he has a sudden change of heart, just flops around like a floppy fish.

"Hey man, we'll watch whatever the highest rated Harry Potter is." - A
"Ok" Bussche responds
"Half-blood Prince is highest rated" - A
"Nah i wana watch the chamber of secrets." - B
"But you just said.....you fucken flop" - A
