an irony of hipsters

A collective noun referring to three or more overtly trendy yet alternative millennials, or hipsters, meeting or traveling in a group together. A comparable identifier in the animal kingdom would be a murder of crows or an array of hedgehogs.

The artisan cider brewery and cheese shop was empty until an irony of hipsters came in and took up the tables and couch in the corner.

A fat, bearded gay man that wears ill fitting clothes,( mostly flannels). He also claims to be highly skilled in the arts and sciences but his actions will prove he has no clue of either. He will often wear hot topic style clothes of old punk and metal bands to try and impress the real men in his life; However real men with see him as the poser he truly is.

That fat lumberjack guy drinking a latte in his misfits T-shirt is a real hipster Sean.

unintentional hipster

Someone who acts very much like a hipster without even trying. Most if not all their favorite books, movies, video games, etc will be completely non-mainstream or obscure. They don't normally like things that are mainstream but unlike a traditional hipster it's not just for the arbitrary reason that they are mainstream.

unintentional hipster: "Eminem has great lyrics but he lacks the vocabulary that Aesop Rock has, I like him alot more."
friend of unintentional hipster: "Who tf is Aesop Rock? Do you mean A$AP Rocky?"
unintentional hipster: "No."

The action of two bespectacled folks clicking the corner their thick frames together when actually kissing would be too faux pas.

Eleanor and Jude were on their first date at the rowdy bar downtown. When Jude bought her a PBR, she leaned in to kiss him, then rethought it after acknowledging their surroundings and instead tapped the corner of her plastic glasses against his in a hipster kiss.
