Ichon-Il-Dong

But is a very expensive neighborhood and consists mostly of Koreans who can speak English and Japanese, as well as military families. It has a couple of dance studios, boutiques, food shops, and korean versions of Blockbusters. Businessmen, international lawyers, etc. live here.
