A bottle which is passed around by a group of people who provide contributions of human bodily fluid or other "potentially" edible matter to the bottle.
Once the bottle is full, the person who draws the shortest straw has to drink from the banter bottle.

A cocktail made with at least one ingredient that was the final shot or other amount in its bottle. A variation on a "bartender's choice" type cocktail order, one that allows the bartender some freedom while under one key creative constraint. Obviously, not a recommended order if wait staff are slammed and / you can't actually have at least a small conversation with your bartender.
I had to explain to the waitress Tracey that a bottle-killer cocktail is any cocktail that kills (finishes off) at least one bottle in its creation.

A cheap bottle of cider, specifically 3 litres. Must be either Frosty Jack's, or Strongbow, depending on personal preference. Rarely consumed within the confines of one's own property (see Carry-Out). Northern Irish slang.
"Here mate, grab us a bottle of ding from the offie there!" Local hooligan off to get drunk with some friends.
