A basic and generally childish insult that is used on people who either loose (a game, challenge, etc.) or are just unpopular or have no friends. The word loser is considered a harmless insult that mostly children, who don't have a vocabulary of actual insults (Bitch, Dick, Asshole, etc.), use.

(i assume) but i don't know how he sings with a screechy old man voice. what is so great about him anyway? anyone who likes loser is a loser.
