Ichon-Il-Dong

a relatively international neighborhood in Seoul, South korea. Is located near the U.S. base, and has nearly everything a human needs to survive within walking distance. But is a very expensive neighborhood and consists mostly of Koreans who can speak English and Japanese, as well as military families.
